Job review from Joseph in Pulaski, TN 38478 on 09/08/11

I graded the area on sales slightly lower because the salesperson told me that an area of the floor that had cracked and sunk would be taken care of. The foreman knew nothing about this and he called the office. The sales person said he couldn't remember saying that. Consequently, it cost me $480 more than the quote.

The cleanup crew could have done a better job of sweeping the gravel spill off my driveway. However, it was late and nearly dark, so.......

Otherwise the crew did a commendable job.
