Michael (Tony) R.

You can call me Tony! With previous experience as a foreman of an 8-person crew, I know how to run a job properly. In my foreman role at Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, I am responsible for overseeing each job to completion. Each leader takes responsibility for assembling appropriate tools and equipment, assigning tasks to installers, and moving the job toward completion to ensure efficiency and quality. I am also responsible for keeping the customer up-to-date, and ensuring satisfaction with each job. My favorite part of my job is seeing the end results as well as seeing the pleased look on a homeowner’s face after their home’s concrete has been repaired. 

I have a big family (8 of us in total), and we enjoy taking trips to exciting places like amusement parks!
