Perping for Push Piers takes digging down to the bottom of the foundation.
This basement is very spacious, but has one big fault - huge cracks all over the foundation walls!
This is what the crawl space looked like before our crew got in there and cleaned and leveled everything out.
Typically stair step cracking comes from settlement or expanding soils. One thing is known for sure, it needs to be fixed so the problem does not worsen. These cracks are also a new way for water to get into your space!
The house was settling and ugly cracks were forming!
