Here you can see the waterproofing system installed. Fresh layer of concrete is protecting WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump with a back-up battery will make sure all water is pumped outside of the basement.

Wall flange with 3/8" opening to collect water from walls -- There's no gap on the basement floor to let humidity into the space or to collect debris.
We applied NexusPro Joint Sealer into the cracks.
