Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is very durable, making it resistant to tearing.
The crawl space is depicted in its original state before undergoing encapsulation. The image captures the space's cluttered appearance, with exposed earth and deteriorating insulation contributing to moisture accumulation.
A visibly excessive amount of moisture has accumulated, creating an environment ripe for potential damage and health hazards. The presence of such high moisture levels poses a significant risk, potentially leading to mold growth, wood rot, and compromised structural integrity.
This crawl space has an excessive moisture problem and all of that moisture is affecting their organic wood beams. If there is an excessive amount of moisture in your crawl space, pink insulation that wraps around the ceiling of your crawl space constantly touching the wood beams is very bad for the wood, because the insulation acts like a dirty sponge and causes the wood beams to rot at a higher rate.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is durable and resistant to damage.
