As you can see the leaking has caused water damage on the floor and wall. This can easily lead to mold growth in their basement!
The bowing and crumbling walls is not good news for the homeowners. If they wait any longer, they run into a huge risk of their wall failing completely!
After the front exterior bricks were removed you can see the extensive damage that has occurred to Mudsill and Rimjoist.
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier brightens up the space while also acting as a durable water barrier.
Obvious signs of moisture issues with water lines on the concrete block and dripping insulation. This debris will all be cleaned out before the project starts.

We apply our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of the drainage matting.
Upon arrival, we found a dark and dirty crawl space with an inadequate plastic covering. This common issue highlights the misconception that any plastic sheet will suffice for encapsulation. Most store-bought tarps are too thin and ineffective at preventing humidity, often acting more like pool liners than proper vapor barriers.
