Our Overall Service
The first time they came out I was very dissatisfied. After many calls and after being put off many times they finally came out again. I was very well pleased when they finished the second time
Call Representative
The only call back I received was to my home phone. I had told them several times not to call this number as I do not sit around the house waiting on the phone to ring. I had given them my cell phone number and asked them to call me on it and leave a message. They would not do this. Even on the last visit the 30 minute heads up call was to my home phone.
Sales Process
Very good however I wish he didn’t do the special price if you sign up today gimmick.
Our Installation Crew
The first time they ran late, couldn’t get the equipment to work right and rushed to finish. The guy in charge was Roberto. The other guy seemed to really be trying to do a good job and came out for the redo and did an excellent job then also. All of the second group did a very good job.
