Sales Process
While the sales presentation was the best of 3 companies we sought inspections from, the electrical was not hooked up or even scheduled for at least week after encapsulation. Salesperson communicated that I should have more “empathy” for the company in trying to secure an electrician. As the external customer I expected the job to be completed at the same time I paid in full (or certainly shortly thereafter). It’s not the customer’s job to feel sorry for the company when they are struggling to fulfil the scope of work.
