Our Overall Service
Cantey Foundation Specialist exceeded all expectations. From the first call to the final clean up Cantey exuded confidence, expertise and a willingness to complete our project with the best of outcomes. Every detail was explained and completed with great care as if it were their own home. It seems in this world customers are quick to tell you what you did wrong but not praise you for the expert, professional and congenial way you did it right. I am that person. My appreciation is endless.
Call Representative
From the first contact with the call representative (always the first impression) who was professional and cheerful, I felt we would be in good hands. That calls would be returned by a competent Cantey staff in a timely manner. And they were.
Sales Process
Our Salesperson was Patrick Davis. He was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and engaged on every level. Patrick conducted a complete inspection of our entire home foundation and concerns we had reported. Patrick then showed us photos explaining where our problem areas were and what action should be taken to stabilize and improve the areas. There were areas he located that we were not aware were issues, for that we are grateful. He then showed a video that was extremely helpful in our understanding of the pier process. We never felt that we were being pushed into a service area not needed. Honesty is a priority and rarely found in business these days and we felt that with Patrick. Patrick is an asset to your company and clearly why we felt the confidence to move forward.
Our Installation Crew
Well now I hardly know where to begin... We had two installation crews one for the piers and one for the woodwork. Both were exceptional, introducing themselves and all crew members upon arrival and extending handshakes and business cards. Both went over the work orders before they started a real confidence builder. The entire installation crew for the piers Crew Leader Matt Garcia, was beyond any expectations I could have possibly had. They were well-organized and proficient on every possible level. Professional and clearly experts in their field. Focused every minute on the task at hand. I was fascinated regarding every aspect of the process (and I am sure they will laugh when they here this. I is a bit of an understatement) No matter what issue or curve they were thrown ( and since 2 piers were inside my house which is tricky) they had the solution and cheerfully just moved forward with confidence and made the adjustment to arrive at a positive end. Kudos to all. The installation crew for the sister joists, was perfection to a T. In addition a crew member was assigned the installation of a sump pump and had some issues also that were resolved beautifully. The Crew Leader was forward thinking always seeking the best approach to the installation bringing the needed results for the customer. He even volunteered to be on his back in a very, very narrow crawl space to save my hardwood kitchen floors. I am profoundly grateful for his efforts and dedication on our behalf. This was a major relief and unexpected. He was under my house all day on his back saving my kitchen. A credit, again to your Company. His crew was also cheerful, enjoying their jobs and explain every detail.
The Cleanup Process
The clean-up went on after the completion of each part of the restoration. Each crew helped the other when time allowed. Each team had focus, team spirit and pure class. Cantey Class I think I will call it. My home inside and out has been left in pristine condition every detail covered.
