I put 4 outta 5 simply because I wasn't thrilled to learn, after the fact, that it would cost me another $500 + tx for caulking in order to maintain our 10 (I think) year warranty. I was never told this prior to having the work done, only afterwards. Would I have done it anyways? Of course. I just wasn't thrilled with getting this sprung on me after the fact.
