Concerns about cracks and gaps in. our basement ceiling and walls were inspected thoroughly indoors and out by the technician Mr. Stewart. The options presented today by James were creative and reassuring about how to address a problem that turned out to be less worrisome than it had appeared to be at first. I'm very grateful for his courteous and professional service.
My call for help was taken care of efficiently by a nice agent who set up an appointment time within one week. Also, a packet of helpful information was sent by mail prior to the visit.
