There were two parts: the basement waterproofing and the porch lifting. A young, minimally experienced crew was sent for the waterproofing. The Waterguard system we were expecting couldn't be installed and a surface-mount DryTrak was substituted. The sump pump basket wouldn't fit and had to be cut down by hand. Despite good intentions a water pipe was broken and the basement was flooded. There had been no preparation for cleanup of such a complication - no towels, no mop. For the porch lifting a single young man was sent and appeared adequately experienced. That process was performed flawlessly and without a hitch.
