Location is a condo I rent out. The back sliding doorsteps out onto a back patio (concrete pad) via ~4 steps. Pad is maybe 9-10ft x 6ft. The first step has a 6-10" drop or so below what it originally was due to settling. I'd love to have it raised back up and I found this site.
