Experienced, responsive, professional. New foundation piers successfully reversed previous settlement.

Knowledgeable estimator, good explanatory materials. I didn't like having to wait for the estimator to prepare the estimate in person and would have preferred receiving it by mail or email after the visit.

Crew worked consistently, met schedule commitments and kept me informed of status. Foreman was courteous and responsive.

We sustained some rutting damage and cracked pavement along edge of driveway. Basement Doctor agreed to a reasonable reduction in price to compensate us for repairs, but obviously would have preferred not to have this happen in the first place. Cleanup was otherwise satisfactory considering the nature of the work.
