What made you choose our company:

I chose Basement Doctor because you had a competitive price, a good reputation and would be able to complete the work in a timely manner. Your sales associate was friendly and 100% correct about everything (how quiet the sump pump would be; how the giant puddle that accumulates in the backyard during big rains would disappear after we installed the system) and your work crew - Rusty and Tyler - were outstanding. They kept me informed every day on their progress, stayed on schedule and cleaned up extra at my request. When a new odor popped up two weeks after installation, Rusty and Tyler went above and beyond expectations and came out right away to fix the problem. It's rained multiple times in the month or so since we had the system installed and the basement is dry for the first time ever! THANK YOU. *Also I think you should give Rusty and Tyler a bonus for working so hard. They are great people.
