The crew was excellent, professional and very hard workers. Although they didn't have a single complaint, I highly recommend that if you are going to continue to have your men use buckets to move stone, then you must provide them with secondary, larger diameter handles. These can be purchased adjunctly. These thin metal handles, over the long term, will do damage to the tendons and nerves of their hands. The larger handles will also improve efficiency.
