CleanSpace decouples the effects of the earth from the crawl space - creating a durable barrier.
Unlike other I-Beam systems, the PowerBrace can be tightened over time which can potentially straighten the wall.
CleanSpace is a 20-mil-thick plastic liner that is attached to the walls and the floor of the crawl space to provide a moisture-proof barrier.
This is the crawl space before the encapsulation was installed. As you can see, the insulation had begun to fall from the top of the crawl space.
The CleanSpace liner has been installed in this crawl space to provide a vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the home.
