Shannon and Chris came because we were having an issue with water leaking near the sunk pump and dehumidifier. Since these were installed a few months ago we assumed the water was coming from the sunk pump or dehumidifier. They searched and found the issue was coming from a pipe from our heating unit. We would have never known where this leak was coming from had they not found it. They were kind about it and even resealed an area around a pipe that exists our house. They also cleaned up the water. Extremely nice and respectful young men.
