I think the only negatives were how far out our Appointment had to be from date of quote and how there was a little confusion as to what services we were getting - we originally were getting both foundation piers installed and a poly injection, but we canceled the poly injection months ago. However, the pier crew told me the poly seemed to still be on the schedule when they showed up. The poly injection was Subsequently canceled by pier crew.

David and his crew were all polite and professional and provided great communication. Riley, the trainer from Omaha who accompanied them was likewise polite and professional.
