It took a second visit to get things totally squared away but I was very pleased with both service visits and crews.

Very good. Interaction was limited but very helpful, particularly when setting up a return visit to get things settled.

Samir was the sales rep. Thorough and informative. Was also responsive to my outreach attempts following the visit.

I think I got the right product(s) for the right job. Both the triple safe sump and the carbon fiber stitching addressed needs that had to be performed. My only complaint, as this partly resulted in your return visit, was that the drainage pipe stopped short of the full length discussed during the estimate/presentation. Nor was this shortage (approx. 15' short) factored into a refund, which I later came to learn was something that should have been done. I rejected any notion of a refund, just wanted the drainage run to the desired spot. Jimmy squared that away proper.

Both crews were highly qualified, professional and considerate. I especially appreciated Jimmy's knowledge and problem solving. He's not going to knock you over with gregarious charm, but he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in addressing a remedy to the work left to be done, as well as the potential for new projects.

No issues whatsoever. Cleanup was very good, thorough.
