I would like to see the digital bill that is produced on site broken down further rather than just a total amount ie Labor, Parts costs. The listing of service preformed is useful, but the way it showed on the bill looked like a bad cut and paste job. I would suggest you make it easier for the service tech on site. put together a listing of service items such as Triple Safe Pump System. Under the subject title would be a series check boxes for servicing activities expected to be done as part of the servicing work. All the tech would be to check the box for each step and where needed a place for noting in a few words like replaced Part XYZ. If the programing of the billing was setup right the end result would be a well organized record of the service on the billing statement for the customer and your Adirondack Basement. If it is done right it will also minimize the clerical work for the Service Tech so the time spent is on servicing systems.
I liked the fact that the service tech was focused on preventive maintenance. Inspecting parts and testing performance to identify the potential issues which could lead to a system failure.
Inspected and service a triple safe sump system/ tested and replaced a battery back up. Check and replaced filter on a Sanidry dehumidifier. Checked a Adirondack installed perimeter system attached to the sump pump system.
