Adirondack Basement was the most expensive of the quotes we received, but from the very first phone call with our sales rep Shawn, we had a gut feeling that this would be the way we should go. And we weren't wrong. Shawn was patient and accommodating, and the install crew, led by Austin did an incredible job. He was courteous, friendly, and thorough in explaining how everything worked and what to do/expect going forward.
