A rating of a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the salesperson's misrepresentation of driveway use.

Sales Rep. said that I would be able to use the driveway in 15 minutes. The installation crew said that I had to wait at least 24 hours!! Very misleading on the salesperson's part. I actually had to wait 2 full days.
