Before working with Quality 1st, Julianne worked as a makeup artist, where she developed her customer service skills.
On a day-to-day basis, Julianne is working with our customer service team answering phone calls, booking appointments, and providing excellent customer service to our customers. Her main responsibility is to set up our sales team for success.
