The staff at Thrasher is always very helpful and on top of everything! Joel is one of those rare individuals who knows his product and shares that knowledge, but at the same time is sensitive to his customer's needs, concerns and anxiety. Mel and his crew were very courteous. They understood the procedures and did the work in a very professional manner. In addition, I was very impressed with all the "covering up" of my belongings that was done therefore, eliminating as much dust as possible.
