Sierra Brusso

Sierra joined the DBS team in 2024 as one of our Co-Foremen at our Metro location. She is a hard worker who enjoys fixing things, which is why she has been working as a mechanic for the past 14 years. She also holds a college degree, which helps her to have a great eye for detail and problem-solving, finding the most effective ways to solve them. Sierra also enjoys working with people and gets excited about staying active and collaborating with different people each day.

When Sierra isn't on the job, you can find her going on hikes, kayaking, playing kickball, and watching video games. If she were to dine with any historical figure, she would choose to dine with Bob Marley because she would love to hear what he has to say.
