Osia joined DBS in March 2020 as an Installer and quickly transitioned into the role of Foreman. His hard-working attitude and high standards make him a great leader and Foreman for his production crew and the DBS team. Osia manages Basement Repair crews to properly install DBS products and systems while providing WOW service.
What excites him about working at DBS is gaining new experiences while working in a tight-knit team. In his free time, Osia enjoys skateboarding and snowboarding.

The concrete sonotube support seen here has begun to lean, comprising its ability to support the cabin.
DBS stabilizes sunrooms, cabins, boathouses, and other smaller structures using helical piers. After the piers have been hydraulically driven into the ground, the weight of the structures is transferred to weight-bearing strata well beneath the ground's surface.
The GeoLock™ system is in place and has now stabilized this concrete block wall.
Our team installed 4 push piers on this side of the home to permanently stabilize the home and return it to a level postition.
Helical piers are hydraulically driven into the ground by our crews. They twist into the ground like a giant screw until they reach competent, weight-bearing soil.
Eliminating water beneath your crawl space is key to an overall healthy and safe home. 50% of the air that you breathe originates from your basement or crawl space. Eliminating water, reduces mold growth and musty smells.
Once the drain tile is in place, our team surrounds it with small gravel. This allows water a greater chance of flowing properly into the drain.
This wall was shearing and cracking due to soil pressure over time.
