In my survey that was sent to me. I gave excellent remarks for everything asked of me on the survey I was very pleased with the sales end of it when I bought your system. I was explaining what it would do and my options and the cost for the various options. I wasn't pressured to do one thing or another. It was up to me. I like that. Then what I needed service you guys were here in a very very timely manner. I had to call you a couple of times. You came and resolved my problem both times. The last time really took care of the problems. You do what you say and I would recommend you to anyone who needs a system like yours. Thank you again
