The office staff was good. We didn't have a ton of contact with them but they were professional, courteous, and covered everything.
Sales Process
Our design specialist, Chuck, was a very nice guy and did a really nice job. He gave us advice and explained the process of what would be done. We appreciated his patience because we asked a lot of questions.
Our Installation Crew
The installation team did a nice job and worked all the time. They were always willing to talk to us if we went to the basement and explained what was going on.
