Kiki joined our team in January of 2024. Before working for us, Kiki worked in customer service at Mayo Clinic. With her past customer service experience, Kiki cultivated skills in problem-solving, communication, and adaptability. Kiki joined our team as a Service Coordinator, meaning her day-to-day responsibilities include setting appointments for free estimates, answering customer questions and concerns about services and projects, and making new appointments. She is most excited about meeting new people and learning new things!
When Kiki is not in the office, she can be found spending time with her children and family, drawing, reading, and sewing. We are so excited to have Kiki on our team!
