Danica Sithisane

Danica has been with American Waterworks since May 2019. Prior to joining our team, she gained invaluable customer service experience, computer skills, and sales and collections experience, along with obtaining her Accounting Clerk certificate. Her day-to-day duties include creating estimates and invoices, mailing statements, taking payments, and answering our customers’ questions over the phone. She likes working for American Waterworks because she appreciates the collaborative atmosphere, and she truly enjoys the people she works with. 

In her spare time, Danica loves spending time with her family, going camping, and just being outdoors. We are so grateful to have Danica as a member of our team!
