Job review from Valerie in Hampden, ME 04444 on 08/07/24

I called to schedule my annual cleaning of the dehumidifier and the sump pump installed by Haffords. The gal I spoke to was very pleasant and scheduled my service call for 09/04/24. I got a call from Jesse mid morning apologizing that he had missed my appointment at 9am. I explained my appointment was for 09/04. He said he may have time at the end of the day to do the service call. I explained we would be home that would be fine or he could wait until 09/04. He explained the appointment was now on his schedule for 09/07. He arrived as he said he would and performed the cleaning. We had to replace a pump in our 3 pump system, which we did. There was a problem with the original set up and Jesse had to reconfigure the installation. He completed the task in record time. Jesse is a valuable employee and should be recognized for his customer service skills and his expertise. Jesse is a very valuable employee for TC Hafford..... Valerie Webster
