The estimate can be difficult to understand and we prefer more communication during install.

Very proactive and helpful and always responsive. When necessary return call times were very short.

Great job, would have liked a dedicated time to thoroughly go over the estimate vs. multiple calls and emails.

Great job! We had one issue where some of the equipment that occasionally gets moved was taped to encapsulation. Walking through the job fully before they started may have prevented this. Also, when drainage pipe wasn't sufficient to effectively drain out of yard, we would have like to have been made aware so we could determine whether to pay TCH to extend or handle on our own. There were some difficult areas to seal, and would just like to know ongoing maintenance options to ensure best performance.
