We signed in August, first available installation was in December. Wish the installation could have been sooner, as the ground is now hard enough that the drainage from the sump pump has to remain above ground until spring thaw (ground is frozen now). Installation went well, but we have water running down from a window (leak around the bottom edge of the window) to the floor.

Very pleasant. However, the call representative was not aware that there was a day delay in installation. I was home waiting for the installers (installation window 8:30 til 10:30) and received a call near 9 a.m. saying they would not be able to come til the next day. A call the day before (when they knew that no one would be at the house on the scheduled date) would have been appreciated.

Fairly clean. Still quite a bit of dust.
