Call Representative
Received a call in early April saying we would receive a schedule call in the next week & a half. Waited 3 weeks, called & was told we would be scheduled in early June. First week of June I called & told I was scheduled for the following week. A little more status & courtesy would have been appreciated.
Sales Process
Was told when contract signed last November that we would be one of the first to be installed this spring.

Great job, friendly & professional crew.
The Cleanup Process
Very thorough.
What made you choose our company:
Needed strong gutters for snow & ice coming off a steel roof. Was impressed with what was presented on TV add & more impressed with sales demo. Only drawback was the way scheduling was handled.
