I believe my house is on some sort of underground spring. It was always wet and full of water (even during droughts). I really had worries that this could work. So far it is working. It's the first time I don't need to check my basement daily to make sure the sump pumps are working.

alan is a very nice man. He even stopped by when I was confused about the scope of a job.

They were terrific. I liked that they explained to me what they were doing and why and how long it would likely take. Pleasant men

That took over two weeks to get them back. It was a little tricky as the window wasn't put back in properly and fell and broke.
