Even with the three week delay due to a truck issue, in my eyes, the job was still completed within the timeframe promised.
Extremely please with Jeff Schuhmacher... personable, professional, upfront, explained everything and reachable.
Zach and Sam were awesome... personable, willing to respond to any questions I had
Zach and Same would periodically scan the ground for any debris, cleaning up as they went along, then also did a complete scan once they finished. This was highly important to me.
What made you choose our company:
Basement water proofing you did several years ago for a close friend of mine. He especially spoke highly of the professional estimate you gave him, and ultimately, the actual work. Both of us can be hard to please, but when we're happy with the work performed, you know you've REALLY done a great job! I am extremely pleased, from Jeff, to Bob Klein, and finally to Zach and Sam!
