In general, a really outstanding experience, but some communication problems. After Rod made his initial visit to our camp in Vassalboro it took him quite some time to get us a quote. There was an item missing from the quote, and after I emailed to request a revision and he promised to supply one our job appeared to have gotten lost, and it required a second prompt, six weeks later, to get the rev. There were similar delays from a number of people, at a number of points along the process, including, surprisingly, a six week delay between my giving Adam our final check and it being deposited for payment. Your office people, notably Emily, were responsive when I called, but… you’ve got a communication problem.

The crew, for first, site survey, visit to the job button-up was outstanding. Through, responsive, timely, friendly, neat. I couldn’t have asked for better!
Truth be told, we found it difficult to get vendors willing to even look at the job, but of the few who would, only TC Hafford offered a way to straighten and repair the damaged foundation wall rather than jacking the house, demolishing the existing wall, and pouring its replacement. Your approach is what I’d hoped possible when I first saw the wall’s damage; no one else seemed to have a similar way to do the job.
