Thank you for working with me on changing the dates, multiple times.

Every time, I talked to a representative, they were always very pleasant.

He was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Mike and his crew was quick and the job was done well. Only one thing: someone must have stepped on the internet cable and it broke. It was stuffed behind other cables. No one said anything about it. Our internet went offline and the internet guy found it and had to fix it, on my costs.

Everything looks good, except for 1 empty box was left behind.
