What made you choose our company:

Very happy with process from start to finish to get a basement wall crack repaired. Peter Folsom did a good job of explaining the repair process when estimating. Technician Rick was awesome, very personable and once again explained the repair process well. Rick left the work area spotless when he was done. Seems like a very well staffed organization from my contact with two employees face to face and two others in their office by phone. Whatever TC Hafford is paying Rick to do these installs, you should really consider giving him a raise for his combination of work ethic, attention to detail and great face to face customer service skills.
