I would have put a 5, however the original crew to install was given a time line they could not do, so they did not originally dig out behind our furnace. We had spoke to our representative about our concerns with this and we were reassured it would be able to be done. When the job happened they said it would take to long to dig out behind the furnace and would come back if it leaked. It leaked. So we had to wait a month to get it fixed all the while we had things in a storage building because we could not put items back in basement until all work was finished. Had the company kept the 4 day job at 4 days instead of trying to squeeze it into 3 I believe this would have been taken care of the first time.

The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly.

The crew was great and helped us work through a small problem. They did their best. The company put them in a bad situation of not having enough time so they didn't feel they could dig out behind the furnace leading to a need for a return visit for fixing the wall. The crew handled everything very well, worked hard and were respectful to my home.

It was so rainy and muddy the days they worked in my house. They were very respectful to our property and cleaned up wonderfully.
