What made you choose our company:

We chose Basement Doctor because of the competitive pricing, free estimates, & professionalism of the sales crew. The only necessary information which we did not receive was a note that each year we would be required to pay $119.-$150. for a yearly inspection. That was a surprise! We also did not have much discussion; if any, about the water heater but that item was listed on our product list. We are so pleased with the fact that our basement is now dry and the brightwall has added a more finished look to our unfinished basement. In the next year or two we hope to sell our home and downsize.
