Midwest Basement Systems converted our basement from a damp, dark, musty, smelly, dreary dungeon to a clean, dry, bright area that has added so much additional usable area and value to our home.

Eric gave us a great presentation and a very complete solution to our basement problems. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Although the floor ended up being a bit too cracked to be able to guarantee it would remain dry and it needed replaced, Eric and your company stood behind the signed contract and replaced the floor. WOW, now that’s service!!!!!!

Santos and his crew did an exceptional job and obviously take great pride in the work they do. In this day and age, it keeps getting harder to find contractors that are competent, careful, conscientious, and caring; these guys exceed in all four areas. They are truly craftsmen that know what they are doing and on our basement they went above and beyond what we expected of them.

Santos was so friendly and thoughtfully answered my daily list of questions I gave him. He made some very good suggestions for the floor drain I installed and for plumbing the condensate line out of the furnace. Since he could not be here when the floor was poured, he took plenty of time to prepare me for the subcontracted concrete company that was here to pour the floor and pointed out places where they needed to be especially careful as to not damage the water system. He's really a class act and I was so pleased to have him leading the crew doing the work to our basement!

We was confident in Midwest Basement Systems during the sales cycle and in the weeks leading up to the work commencing. But, it was Santos and his crew that sealed our confidence in your company to deliver on what you've promised.

Awesome cleanup!! The only thing I have to do is put down some grass seed down where the excavation was done!
