Super helpful and was able to get my job scheduled quickly.
Sales Process
The salesperson was very knowledgeable, but failed to update details of my job which led to two different appointments, two different install crews, much time in between that the basement sat unfineshed. Also, once I was "sold" the salesman was quick to pass of this issue to the job representative that managed the job over the phone from that point forward.
