I chose your company because Mike Banks is an excellent salesman. And, the company seems to have based a lot of their services and products on what has been learned about basement issues in the past. I appreciate a company that grows and learns from mistakes instead of trying to hide them. While this was an expensive project for my home I have confidence that if there are any problems that you will honor your warranty and service agreement and take care of the issue.
