Our Overall Service
The work crew acted very professional during the three days that they were inside our basement. They knew how to do their job, and worked very hard to get the project finished. We heard no arguments, no bad language, and no loud music.
Sales Process
Justin Bailey was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and explained what options we had to solve our "water problem" in the basement, but was straightforward about how much each one would cost. That was the number one priority to us.
Our Installation Crew
Dillon Heard was the crew leader. He kept us informed on every step of the process as it was being done, and answered all of our questions. The entire crew put in extra time and effort to fix a couple problems that came up during their work.
The Cleanup Process
The crew did a very good job of cleaning up dust and debris on their last day, when the job was finished.
