This was the second time we have had MidAmerica do work for us this year. We were very pleased both times.
Malerie Webber has always been helpful, pleasant and informative. Whether by phone or e-mail she has always kept us updated and informed as to what is going on as to our scheduling or if there are any changes or delays in the work schedule.
Justin Bailey is always professional. His presentation is always detailed and answers all of our questions, whether at the time he presentss proposal or after the fact if we have questions. We enjoy working with him.
David Ezelle and Aaron Beeman were both very professional. Dave explained in detail what they were going to do before they started the work, answered our questions as they went along, and went over everything after the work was completed.
Dave and Aaron cleaned up the work area as they said they would. No complaints at all.
What made you choose our company:
This was the second time we have used MidAmerica's services this year. We actually never approached another company. We were impressed by Justin Bailey's presentation on our first project and went with the company at that time. Naturally when we decided to have the sidewalk and drive repaired we contacted Justin. We want to add that everyone we have had contact with has always been friendly and courteous.
