Oscar and the guys were great, and I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get things done.
The floors inside are still a mess. But with the weather and drying concrete, I don't mind trying to clean up later once it's dry.
What made you choose our company:
It was such a process just to get an appointment to get the initial estimate (a month wait from when I called), I didn't have the time and energy to get other estimates. Since there was a discount to book on the same day, and because the described water proofing system is more advanced than the competition, I went with it. Any other company is going to cost just as much or more, anyway, I figure. Joe was wonderful about explaining everything to me, and when issues came up, he was understanding and worked with trying to keep the cost down. Oscar and the crew also did a great job, and were very nice about everything. I hope you appreciate your great employees!
