Short notification regarding project start date being delayed.
Salesperson was knowledgeable but some of the procedure outline in the orientation was not performed during the installation; EX: the barrier did not go under the sewer pipe but over the pipe.
Mike, pointed out issues with the water heater and crawl space entry. This allowed me time to assess the issue instead of reacting to an emergency. The crew arrived timely and returned till the job was completed.
The crew cleaned up daily and when finished no debris was left.
What made you choose our company:
My crawlspace had a high condensation, dirt floor and a poor vent system. I needed to do something but did not know what. The advertisement showed exactly what I needed and there was not an issue with it being a crawl space vs a basement.
