Not only did Eddie explain what, why and how my immediate issue could be resolved but he answered my questions about other future considerations.
Lavill, Craig and Trevor were excellent. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening during the various stages, responded to my many questions and weren't bothered by my picture taking.
The cleanup was great. It looked like they were never here.
